Josh called about 15 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time. He was on time. He put on “booties” when he came in the house. Josh took the time to show me the exact steps our furnace takes to produce heat. I can now follow these steps and can better diagnose any potential problems in the future. This could possibly eliminate a “service call” to come out to diagnose an issue, and I, they could promptly order a part and then come to our house. Also tips on maintenance I can do for our water heaters. Thanks Josh..Great Service!
