Installed new motor and replaced the air handler control board. Rewired the water safety switch and set up the auxiliary G shutdown on UI thermostat. Tested the operation of the system. Also tested each zone individually to determine my static pressure levels. The kitchen and guest bedroom zones were both around .75 in.w.c total static. The office zone was at .55 in.w.c, and the master bedroom was at .36 in.w.c. I spoke with the homeowner and they decided to hold off on any ducting improvements for now and will give us a call if they change their mind. No other issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
