Performed semiannual maintenance on one heat pump cooling system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. I found the power pack for the Breathe Easy system blinking red. I turned off power to the power pack, and reset the system and the lights turned back on. This was most likely caused by a power surge at some point. The current bulbs are still operating as designed and are keeping the interior of the air handler cabinet clean and treated. The outdoor condenser fan motor is showing signs of overheating, currently pulling .50amps and rated for .60amps. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. No other major issues were found. The system is working at this time.
