Service diagnostic found that the drain line was clogged and the water safety switch was shutting off the system intermittently. I also found the secondary drain pan is rusted and the outdoor fan motor is showing wear and tear. I spoke with the homeowner and he chose to have the drain line serviced. I cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and also washed the outdoor coil and secured the compressor wiring at no additional cost. The system is now operational and the thermostat was set to 78 per customer request.
