Spoke with the homeowner when I arrived, said he wanted to get the mini split looked over and see if it needed cleaning. I did find the blower wheel to be dirty on the unit and did notice some grease on the evaporator coil. I did go over the coil with my electronic leak detector as well and did find a leak at the sides of the evaporator coil. He asked that we go ahead and do a blower wheel cleaning while onsite. I removed the blower wheel and cleaned system off. Installed blower wheel back into head unit and checked over system. Everything is working at this time. I did install two new AAA batteries in the remote, as the batteries did not have enough charge left to turn the unit on and off from remote.
