I spoke with homeowner, mentioned he arrived home early morning and found that the outdoor unit was frozen over. He said he turned off both thermostats and left system off till I arrived. I set system to cooling mode and verified the outdoor unit started up. I noticed that the indoor blower motor failed to startup and run. I tested and verified the motor was receiving 120vac and 24VAC to the wiring harness. Will need to get a new motor ordered and installed to return system back to operating condition. Returned same day to complete repair. Removed the failed ECM motor and installed new motor in assembly. Secured all high voltage and low voltage wiring harness connections at furnace board. Cycled high voltage power on unit and checked over operations. Everything is working at this time.
