Heat check completed on a vertical heat pump. Drain line was flushed and treated. Condenser coils were cleaned. I did find the outdoor contactor charred and pitted. I went over repair options with the homeowner and she chose to have the contactor replaced today. I replaced the contactor and cycled the system on to verify proper operation. No other issues were found. The system is running at completion of service.
