On arrival I found the drain line was clogged and there was some water in the secondary pan. I removed the water from the pan and then performed an A/C tune-up on a American standard heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line. I replaced the return air filter and washed the outdoor coil. I did find the outdoor capacitor on the fan side was below value and the outdoor contactor was pitted. I presented repair options to the homeowner and she decided to have them replaced. I replaced the capacitor and the contactor on the outdoor unit. I then cycled power at the thermostat and verified the system is operational.
