Service diagnostic found that there was a clog in the primary drain pan connection. This overflowed the pan and and water overflowed into the closet. I also found the outdoor fan motor is showing signs of overheating. The outdoor disconnect box is falling apart and the system is low on refrigerant. I presented repair options and the homeowner chose to have the drain line serviced. I cleaned, cleared and treated the drain line. Verified it is draining outside. The system is operational at this time.
