Heat check has been performed on a vertical heat pump system. Drain line was flushed and treated. Condenser coils were cleaned. I did notice severe discoloration on the condenser fan motor showing signs it has overheated. I presented repair options to replace the motor . No other issues were found. The system is heating properly at time of departure.
