Service diagnostic found that the blower motor had failed. The motor was getting power and signal to run however it would not spin up to speed to run. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and he chose to have the blower motor replaced. I went to the parts house and picked up a new motor and returned. I then replaced the blower motor and function tested the system. The system is now operational. The system was running at the completion of service.
