Installed Carrier R-454B straight electric system for the office area/bathrooms. Installed new plywood for the new secondary drain pan and system to sit on. Installed disconnect box for the air handler. New disconnect and pad for the condenser. Installed Honeywell T6 thermostat. Built and installed new supply and return plenums. Upsized the supply buckets to the office space and upsized the flex duct. Sealed all duct connections with mastic / hardcast. Rebuilt primary condensation drain and added SS2 / SS3 safety switches. Cleared primary drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Charged AC with R-454B refrigerant. Tested heating and cooling operation. Everything is working at completion of install.
