Performed heater tune-up on a Carrier Heat Pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Replaced the AprilAire filter with a client supplied filter. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. Secured outdoor compressor wiring and washed the outdoor coil. I did find the outdoor capacitor was below rated value. I informed the homeowners about this and replaced the capacitor under Garner A/C Warranty. No other issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
