I've been impressed and felt comfortable working with your team every step of the way. Dean is courteous and pleasant on the phone. Jay is thorough, fair, and personable. Danny did a tremendous job vastly improving what was a messy and unusual situation. That we requested he return to do a bit of reinforcement reflects only on how poor the situation he corrected was, and most certainly not on the quality of his work. Greg was very thorough and careful too.
