We arrived to this residence in Deerfield beach for his AC running but not cooling. After our technician ran a full diagnostic of the system he discovered that a coil cleaning was much needed and preventing the system from cooling properly. We sent over a quote for repairs but also made an appointment for our comfort consultant to come by and provide some options for replacement since this system is a bit older.
