Arrived to check this system in Hallandale Beach for no cool and blowing warm air. Found that the system was not cooling due to a clogged drain line, due to lack of maintenance. After clearing the drain line and drain pan, we added gel tabs to prevent algae from building. System is now running and cooling properly. This customer signed up for service agreement and will now have maintenance every six months.
