During this residential call, we addressed a system that was not cooling properly. After a full diagnostic, we discovered that the drain has severe blockage. Once cleared, we repair the drain fitting. After testing the systems operations we also discovered that the liquid line was hot to the touch, we corrected the issue and the system was running at peak efficiency when we left. We signed this customer up for our Service Partner Plan, which is our maintenance plan that would have helped prevent these issues is she had routine checks to her system.
