Our technician arrived to this commercial facility in Miami Gardens to one of their suites’ AC not cooling, after a full diagnostic we performed we discovered that the batteries needed to be changed in the thermostat. The system still was not pumping the correct air flow to the suite so we checked the ducts and found that the main supply was being disrupted. Once approved, our technician performed the needed duct repair and everything as cooling normally.
