In Oakland Park, we arrived to check this AC that was not cooling. Upon arrival found that system was running however system was not cooling properly. TD was 13 and system had multiple issues. Found that drain line and drain pan were both dirty and needed to be cleaned. Found that evaporator coil and blower wheel were also dirty and both needed to be pulled and cleaned. Once some much needed AC repair was performed, this customer was back to cooling.
