Arrived to customer house. Perform annual tune up on natural gas generator Installed in 2015 Honeywell unit in good condition. Changed oil, changed oil filter, air filter, spark plugs refill and oil reset reminders. Cycled unit on to test. Checked oil and oil levels all good. When I proceeded to inspect the battery, it did not give me any voltage. I talked to Customer and I explained that unit need a battery. Customer told me that he did not want to proceed with option at this time. George is very happy with today's service.

Drove out and met with George. Performed the annual maintenance service agreement on the system. Replaced the interior 4†filter. Opened the ac compartment and inspected the coils. All is good. Installed anti microbial tablets. Moved to the outside condenser and inspected the electrical junction box and wiring. Brushed clean of debris. Removed the condenser fan and vacuumed all the leaves out. Reconnect unit and observed for proper operation. All is good.
