Greeted Mr Paul at the entrance of the home, he invited me in and showed me to the basement were the boiler was located. I cut off the oil supply and proceeded with the tuneup. I replaced the oil tank filter and the fuel pump strainer. I opened up the combustion chamber and removed the gun assembly, I replaced the nozzle with a 85/80B, I reassembled the gun assembly and closed the unit. Finally I connected the bleeder hose and bled the oils lines.
Arrive to performs GW TUNE UP. Set thermostat call for heat. Observed system operation. Service air filter. Service burners, safety’s, gas valve, electrical connection. I found corrosion in the entire Heating system. The equipment has only been installed for 3 years, but it has received a lot of humidity. It is recommended to install a humidifier to control humidity. System operation ok in this time.
Performed the annual maintenance service agreement as per contract. Inspected / checked the studio high head unit, along with the outside condenser. ** Found a large ant nest on top of the circuit board. Recommended a condenser acid wash. Customer declined the service.
