Heat went out on a year-old gas furnace, and the AC wouldn't fire up. I did my due diligence to just reset the system and breaker, put in fresh batteries in the thermostat just in case (was a problem in my old place), and tried to fire the system up. No go. Then called Go Green. Go Green got out within an hour or so. Alex did well by diagnosing the problem first. Thought it might be a capacitor or something related to the fan part of the system, so he tested it and said not it. No unneeded part. Then he bypassed the thermostat. No problem. Then he checked the other sensors. Dirty flame sensor was causing it to cut out before it heated up fully. Alex worked steady and solved the problem by cleaning the sensor. Good price for a service call, and he taught me a bit about my system. Told me about their service plan options. No hard sell. And he was on his way. Everything I could ask for in a service call. And I didn't pay for anything I didn't need.

I searched for an AC repair company on google and found these guys had a full 5 star rating. Found that hard to believe but after calling in they had someone over within an hour who quickly diagnosed the problem and how to fix it. After another company was steering me in the direction of a $3500 repair or total new unit option, I was very pleased to find out our 7 year old AC(not that old relatively speaking) was going to be fixed at just a fraction of the cost. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained the entire issue in a way that made sense. all you need for a perfect emergency repair service. My AC stopped working on a Sun afternoon with outside temperature above 100. Aaron arrived on time when they told me on phone, he did a full review of the system, answering all my questions, root caused the problem and suggested different (price) options. He had the replacement part in his truck. I might have found better replacement prices on my own if I knew what the problem was, but I could not replace the convenience of a professional service person. Thanks Aaron.
