Jose did a superior job for us. He worked hard to diagnose our A/C issue and stuck through the project until finished. Also very friendly service from Kathy on the phones with scheduling and payments. We were so happy we signed up for the maintenance program.

In view of the fact Phoenix has experienced record heat, and the reported number of system failures, we were glad to have repairs performed the next morning. Todd quickly diagnosed the problem and made sure we understood what needed to be done and what to expect repairs would cost. Within the hour the system was corrected and cooling again.

The Co was terrific. I called first thing in AM. Scheduler was very polite and fit me in-told me the time window. Co texted me when Tech was on the way. He arrived earlier than window quoted. Todd, the Tech was very clean, wore shoe covers thru the house, & professional. Price came in lower than I expected. Fixed the unit, told me what to expect given the heat. Let's face it - in these types of industries, you never know what you're getting. This Co and Tech exceeded my expectations. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a service contractor. Then, Co followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Don't bother calling anyone else but these guys - seriously!

Plumbing repair at a residential home. I found a clogged drain causing water backup in the kitchen. After inspecting the pipes, I used a drain snake to clear the blockage and restore proper flow. I tested the system to ensure there were no other issues, before departing.
Electrical repair. I arrived at the customer’s home to find that the circuit breaker was frequently tripping, indicating a potential electrical fault. After troubleshooting, I found a faulty wiring connection and replaced it to restore proper functionality. The customer’s electrical system was now safe, with no further issues of the breaker tripping.
Gas fireplace maintenance. We performed a thorough inspection of the gas fireplace, checking the pilot light, gas flow, and venting system for any obstructions. After cleaning the burners and verifying the safety components, we ensured the system was running efficiently and safely.
Furnace maintenance. Arrived at the home to perform routine furnace maintenance, carefully inspecting the system for any wear and tear. I cleaned the burners, checked the heat exchanger for cracks, and ensured the thermostat was calibrated correctly. After completing the service, I confirmed the furnace was running efficiently.
Air conditioning repair at a residential home. A homeowner noticed their air conditioner was blowing warm air instead of cooling the house. I discovered a refrigerant leak and promptly sealed it before recharging the system. After the repair, the AC was running efficiently again, keeping the home cool and comfortable.
Duct cleaning at a residential home. Upon arrival, I used a specialized vacuum to remove dirt, dust, and debris from the ducts, improving the air quality and efficiency of the heating and cooling system. The customer was pleased with the service.
Completed a thermostat installation on an air conditioning system. I started by removing the old thermostat and wiring, then installed the new thermostat and connected the wires. I tested the system to ensure it was working properly before leaving the customer's home.
Air conditioning repair. I was called to a home to repair an air conditioning unit that was not cooling. I arrived and found that the compressor was not working. I diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor. I tested the system to ensure proper performance, upon completion.
Air conditioning maintenance. The homeowner had noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the house as well as it should. I arrived at the house and inspected the unit. I found that the condenser coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I used a brush to clean the coil and then applied a cleaning solution to it. After cleaning the coil, I tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. The homeowner was thankful for the service.
Air conditioning tune up. Performed a comprehensive tune-up on the Amana air conditioner, starting with a thorough inspection of all components. After the maintenance, the system was running smoothly, ensuring the customer’s home stayed cool and energy-efficient.
I arrived to repair a furnace that wasn’t producing heat. Found that the system wasn't working due to a faulty ignition switch. After diagnosing the issue, I replaced the defective component and tested the system thoroughly. The furnace is now working properly again for the home.
