Diagnosed and cleared obstructed condensate line on Carrier 24ABB360A003 AC unit. Disconnected trap and flushed with CO2 cartridge. Removed algae buildup using Rectorseal Drain Solve. Installed inline P-trap and primed with water. Verified proper drainage and pitch. Confirmed 20°F delta T across evaporator coil. Recommended quarterly maintenance to prevent future clogs.
Performed AC repair on a Goodman air conditioner. Diagnosed a faulty capacitor using a multimeter. Replaced the defective capacitor with a Goodman OEM part. Checked the refrigerant levels with a manifold gauge set, ensuring they were within the correct range. Cleaned the condenser coils using a coil cleaner for optimal performance. Tested the system to verify proper operation and cooling efficiency. Ensured all components were functioning correctly before completing the job.
Went out to a customer's home to provide maintenance on their air conditioning system. The unit was carefully inspected the coils were cleaned and the refrigerant levels were checked. The maintenance will reduce the need for costly repairs in the future.
