Furnace maintenance. Arrived at the home to perform routine furnace maintenance, carefully inspecting the system for any wear and tear. I cleaned the burners, checked the heat exchanger for cracks, and ensured the thermostat was calibrated correctly. After completing the service, I confirmed the furnace was running efficiently.
A homeowner had a leaking toilet. Upon inspection, I found the wax ring had deteriorated, causing the leak. I removed the toilet, replaced the old wax ring with a new one, and reinstalled the toilet. After testing, the leak was resolved, and the system was working properly.
Air conditioning maintenance. Went out to a residential home to inspect their a/c system. The unit was carefully looked over and tested to ensure it was working properly. The filter was replaced but overall the system is working as it should for the home.
