Jose did a superior job for us. He worked hard to diagnose our A/C issue and stuck through the project until finished. Also very friendly service from Kathy on the phones with scheduling and payments. We were so happy we signed up for the maintenance program.

The Co was terrific. I called first thing in AM. Scheduler was very polite and fit me in-told me the time window. Co texted me when Tech was on the way. He arrived earlier than window quoted. Todd, the Tech was very clean, wore shoe covers thru the house, & professional. Price came in lower than I expected. Fixed the unit, told me what to expect given the heat. Let's face it - in these types of industries, you never know what you're getting. This Co and Tech exceeded my expectations. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a service contractor. Then, Co followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Don't bother calling anyone else but these guys - seriously!

I would gladly recommend Grand Canyon. We needed a new A/C and furnace. They had the brand we wanted at the price we'do hoped without being oversold. Their installers were very professional and completed the job as advertised.

Electrical repair. I arrived at the customer’s home to find that the circuit breaker was frequently tripping, indicating a potential electrical fault. After troubleshooting, I found a faulty wiring connection and replaced it to restore proper functionality. The customer’s electrical system was now safe, with no further issues of the breaker tripping.
Gas fireplace maintenance. We performed a thorough inspection of the gas fireplace, checking the pilot light, gas flow, and venting system for any obstructions. After cleaning the burners and verifying the safety components, we ensured the system was running efficiently and safely.
Air conditioning tune up. Performed a comprehensive tune-up on the Amana air conditioner, starting with a thorough inspection of all components. After the maintenance, the system was running smoothly, ensuring the customer’s home stayed cool and energy-efficient.

I repaired a Goodman gas furnace that wasn’t igniting. After testing the ignition system, I found a cracked igniter. I replaced the igniter with a Goodman-approved part and cleaned the burner assembly. Once the system was tested, the furnace ignited properly, and heat was restored to the home, operating at peak efficiency.
I repaired a Lennox Merit Series HVAC system that was failing to cool the home. Upon inspection, I found a faulty capacitor in the outdoor condenser unit. I replaced it with a 35/5 MFD dual-run capacitor and recharged the system with R-454B refrigerant. The unit was tested, and cooling was fully restored.
A customer reported a slow-draining shower. After performing a camera inspection, I found a partial blockage in the main drain caused by tree roots. Using a hydro-jetting machine, I cleared the obstruction, restoring full drainage. I then treated the pipe with a root inhibitor to prevent future issues. The entire system was tested, and water flow was restored to normal.
When we arrived at a customer's house in Surprise, AZ, to fix their air conditioning system, it wasn't cooling correctly. The AC capacitor was faulty, so I replaced it with a new one. I also checked the refrigerant levels and added more to make sure they were full. After fixing it, the air conditioner started working great again.
I completed a plumbing repair today for a customer with a leaking faucet in their kitchen. After inspecting the faucet, I found the cartridge was worn and needed replacement. I replaced it with a Moen 1225 cartridge and tested the faucet for leaks. The faucet is now operating without issues, and the leak is resolved.
Ac repair on a compressor. Upon completion, the system was tested to ensure it was working properly again for the home. The customer was thankful for the service.
Went out to a customer's home for a freon repair on their York air conditioner. The leak was found, sealed, and more freon was added to the system to resolve the problem for the customer. The system is running properly again for the home.
Replaced the compressor on a Coleman air conditioner. The old malfunctioning compressor was removed, and the new one was installed. The system was then ran to ensure it was working properly again. The customer was thankful for the repair.
I was called to an emergency repair an AC unit that was not cooling the house. I arrived at the house and found that the air handler was not turning on. I checked the power and found that the circuit breaker had tripped. I reset the breaker and the air handler started working again. I checked the refrigerant levels and found that they were low. I added more refrigerant and the air conditioner started cooling the house again.
Air conditioning repair. Visited with a residential customer to inspect their a/c system that was not working. Found that the blower fan had become misaligned which was causing the issue. Realigned the blower fan on the unit to resolve the problem. The system is now working well again.
