Emad did an awesome job...he recognize a situation in my basement (I.e. Water leaking from the floor due to rain) and suggested reroute get the water so unit would not be damaged. He proposed a temporary solution to ensure unit safety. Excellent customer service - bar none. Emad was also flexible in rescheduling service time for my convinience.
