Jeff was friendly and courteous and took the time to explain the problem we were having with our furnace. We had purchased a maintenance plan in the past and unfortunately let it expire. We signed up for a new maintenance plan today and Jeff gave us a $65 discount on today's repair. We really appreciate that kind gesture and will be referring our friends and family to Grand Oaks.
