the gentleman was VERY pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. we had just moved here and needed the system given a good going over. we were thinking of a couple of projects for our system , but the prices given seemed rather high and we will rethink them......... since we signed on for the maintenance program , we did not receive a discount on the replacement part that was installed ???
