I waited all day and my toilet is not fixed. I will call another company to fix it. The plumber was very nice but I paid $79 for approximately 5 minutes he was there.

Hi Cheryl, I apologize your toilet is still not working, we were not aware you were still having issues. We would come out and repair the toilet at no charge if it's still not fixed. We don't charge for service unless it's completed. Just let us know and we be happy to come out!
