I have used Grasser's for 20 years. The service guys are always wonderful. The problem is you call and then you don't hear from the company for a few days and then you only get a 30-60 minute notice that they are coming. I would at least like to know the day they are going to show up, the time can be very general like the phone companies do. The phone company tells you they will be there between 8am and 4pm on such and such day. At least I know what day they would be showing up then. But the service has always been fantastic. The service guys are very friendly and helpful.
