The snow on our street was very deep and it had not yet been plowed. Most vehicles were only able to drive half way to our house located at the far end of the street. Dan drove as far as he could, parked his truck, and walked the rest of the way carrying the things he would need to service our furnace which was out. He went over and above to get our heat on during a very cold and snowy day. He did all this with a cheerful attitude and no complaints.
