I called because of uneven heating in our home, kind of assumed we would just be told it was the drafty windows fault, but Dexter did a thorough check of everything, tweaked a couple things and the bedrooms feel warmer already! He was out here maybe an hour after my call, such quick service. So polite too and explained everything he was doing.

We always receive excellent service the staff at Steger. A routine check on our furnace identified a potential issue. They explained all of our options and made a special effort to adjust their schedule and obtain the part so it could be installed the same day. They definitely put the customer first. We are on a regular maintenance plan with them and it’s well worth it.
