Gave bad advice, said the valve would come apart at union. It didn't I destroyed valve and had to call another plumber to replace valve and broken water line. Groggs charged me $ 80.00 for a service call and bad advice.
John, the service tech was awesome, and very polite, he found my problem very fast and fixed it...
Nice knowledgeable young man. Very thorough and polite. Explained everything.
All went well, problem fixed.
Very good service, enjoy what they did for us getting us back to having our AC/Heat etc back.
They even helped me replace my wayward umbrella.
I was pleased and impressed at how quickly Grogg's got me scheduled. I appreciated the call letting me know they were on the way. Corey checked and explained everything in detail. He patiently answered all my questions.
It was all about selling stuff . Not fixing the problem
Timely and professional
