I have used Grogg’s many times at different homes and for all kind of installations. They are always courteous, informative and efficient. They answer my questions without getting annoyed My only suggestion is that when they walk through the house with mud on their boots, that they wear booties over them. I should have made the request when they got there but I didn’t think about it.
Great service all the way around. Epson was our service tech that initially came to fix our furnace, but due to the age getting parts would be expensive. So the following day Joe came to give us an estimate for a new furnace. Joe was great, honest explained everything to us from the unit to financing. On Monday morning Chad and Zach installed our new Furnace and A/C unit. They were very professional friendly and polite. They answered all of our questions, explained everything they did and how the new unit works. They did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend using Groggs from the service tech, sales and installation all the guys were fantastic.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System - air handler heat pump. Cleaned and checked operation of equipment. Changed customer provided Skuttle 20-25 filter. Noticed no surge protection on equipment and recommended installation of surge protector. Also quoted for air purification system. Quoted price for both.

Checked status of surge protector and it is working properly. Recommended humidifier for home to improve comfort during winter months as well as air purifier to keep air within the home clean. Quoted prices for each. Customer interested in humidifier and will call in to have it installed if wanting to do so.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Clean flame sensor changed filter checked gas pressures and heat rise performed combustion analysis and all levels were up to spec. All checks good. Customer upgraded to two visit maintenance.
Did preform heating check did not find any issues with system , did check gas pressures (3.45) and also did run combustion analysis numbers read following

Did preform heating check , customer did state a whining noise . I did hear the noise when the eco motor would ramp into low stage did take amp draw on system did not find any issues indicating a problem with drive. Did run combustion analysis all number met parameters.
Did recommend replacement of furnace (furnace is from 2004 ) and did notice corrosion build up on heat exchanger did notify customer. Do recommend adding surge protection to furnace if trying to get max life. Furnace is only approximately 75 percent efficient
Estimate for replacement has been scheduled for tomorrow. Customer also needs plumbing work done, we’ve got the, scheduled for next Wednesday 12-5.
Due to age and condition of furnaces I am highly recommending to start planning for replacement of both furnace in near future. In order to guarantee proper and safe operation.
UV light REME homeowner expressed doesn’t work all the time and would make a loud noise at time. I will corroborate with manager warranty on equipment and labor cost if need to replace UV light.
Ran combustion Analysis. Cleaned and checked all electrical connections. Customer has a 16x24x1 filter that has been changed recently. All numbers are in good spec. I only recommend a surge protector on this unit.
