Very professional service from everyone. We was looking for a system based on efficiency and Bosch was the preferred system. Haven't had the system long enough yet to give a response on how efficient it is for our particular home.Very pleased with the system on how quiet it runs.
We purchased this Bosch System because of its rating and efficiency. Our old system was no longer efficient so we decided to spend more money than we had originally planned to get a top of the line system. The installation went great, the installers were very knowledgeable at what they were going. We only hope the system lives up to its reputation and performs as the comfort representative said it would. As far as pricing we don't know because we never compared with any other companies. Only problem right now is getting adjusted to the new thermostat and how it works. Thanks You Dave and Debbie Strothers
Quoted for new power vent water heater. Was more than the customer was expecting so they are going to think about it and call us back.
Installed RGF product per Tim. Confirmed operation. Recommend a duct cleaning to include blower pull and clean to remove built up dust (see picture) that could be affecting air flow.
Performed maintenance on package unit. Changed AA313 filter and verified working status of plasma air. Recommended surge protection for system. All checks were good. Found no issues with the equipment at this time.
Outside package unit not running. Found a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat and verified proper operation.
20 year old air conditioning failing. Homeowner has a appointment with a sales representative.
Changed AA213 filter, verified working status of equipment and cleaned each system. All checks were good. Premier program member.
Performed cooling check on equipment. Changed 25-25-1 filter and found sign of surge at disconnect box as plastic had slightly melted but it is still functioning properly. Surge protectors are already installed on each system and are still working. Blower wheel has build up inside of it and would benefit from deep cleaning. With equipment age customer will just let it continue to run as is until it needs replaced.
Found and repaired burnt wire inside condenser connecting to contactor. Hooked up hose to washer line and sprayed condenser coil out.
Ran water heater through a cycle, checked water pressure and temperature, all were good. Relief vale was working properly.
Found a few setup errors with installation on airflow, TXV bulb, and ac stage wiring. I added a jumper for y1 to y2 to get high stage cooling airflow. Re-seated TXV bulb that was upside down. Adjusted high cooling airflow to 1050cfm +10%. Verified subcooling on refrigerant charge. System seems to be running well and cooling with good airflow at this time.
1990 heil ac unit is empty of outdated r22 refrigerant. Fan motor for unit also sounds like it is failing. Customer is getting a quote to replace the system today.
2017 Mitsubishi mini split system. All checks good at this time
2006 Arcoaire split system using AA401 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time. Customer will renew Cozy HVAC Yearly today.
