Epson was very professional. He shared with me my options before proceeding. He was polite and didn’t try to sell something I didn’t need and was honest with the situation. I like that Groggs sends a text and email with name and photo of technician before arrival. Also like that techs wear shoe covers in the home. PLEASE TELL EPSON that the maintenance he did on our furnace seemed to help the issue greatly! Thank you!
Heat pump was not working properly. Ben came out, methodically went through the unit until he found the problem. Fixed same day. Excellent knowledge skills and ability. Very customer friendly! Took the time to explain the problem and the solution

Seem like the air conditioner was producing enough cool air. Last time we had it service (not by your company) the filled it had a hole in the line had to refill it charged us for both. It is nice to know there are companies out there that don't rip off their customers. Service was great!

Service Call Platinum Client: furnacevlighting and shutting off immediately while coding for pressure switch stuck open. cleared both switches' tubing. cleared ports for tubing on both switches and at the collector box and inducer housing. after turning furnace back on, house furnace ran and brought temperature in the house up 7 degrees without issue.
Service Call Fee: thermocouple was dirty not allowing pilot to stay lit. cleaned and re-ignited the pilot. furnace is running but is very old.
Work performed under GHAC Quality Pledge: found blown fuse . Fan was wired to common on control board. Placed fan on correct terminal and system is operating as it should. Went ahead and changed air filter today
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Changed Aprilaire 413 and #35 filters. All checks were good. Recommend surge protector for equipment.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Customer expressed that system wasn’t keeping up. Upon arrival, performed maintenance/inspection on equipment sine it was needed. After performing maintenance, ran system and no anomalies. It appears to be an intermittent operation problem, no too sure or it was just in need of maintenance. If anomalies show up, I am advising customer to let us know.
