After a day or two the air conditioner quit working. Very disappointed. Called had to send tech out, but had to wait a few more days with no air in 90 degree heat. Wanted to fit AC with ordered parts very disappointed again. Finally told them I wanted a whole new unit. After I talked with general manager he agreed. They came with a new unit and it all worked out.

Outdoor unit had no power. Found breaker to ac was turned off. Customer recently had work done on electric hot water tank and they turned breaker off. After turning breaker back on I checked operation. Spoke with customer on adding an air cleaner to the home to help with dust and allergies.
Performed heating and cooling check. Everything checked out good. Operating within manufacturer spec. Changed filter. Customer having trouble with hot water tank. Recommended having a plumber come out to quote a new one. Is interested and will call in if she decides to have us do it.

Performed 17 Point Labor Warranty Check extending Labor Warranty for a one year period. AC operation within range.
Extremely old Lennox packaged heat and a/c installed in the attic. Has at least 3 visible cracks in heat exchanger. Also has a cracked combustion chamber and a busted gas valve. System is unsafe to operate and has been shut down any further operation of this system is of no liability to Grogg’s heating..
Removed and replaced ac system added additional 11 oz
Arrived to find ruptured suction line, identified large amount of oil from compressor literally pouring from lineset insulation. Indoor coil frozen solid. May need to replace lineset as well, appears kinked going through brick
Unit found to be in very good working condition.
