The men arrived a little early, which was fine. They had come all the way from Parkersburg. Very polite and professional. I only had to wait a week for the appointment, since it was not an emergency. The quality of the work was excellent. I do feel however, that $636 to clear a basement drain with a snake and repair a toilet was too much.

Kyle and his coworker Mike came to explain the new echo system thermostat that had been installed. They explained in detail how to operate the system. They were thorough and patient while explaining and gave us a hands on lesson. They also checked out the workings of our new heating and air conditioning system and made a few adjustments. Performed heating and cooling maintenance check. Furnace is operating perfectly, AC is R22 system, but is still holding its charge and operating properly.
Furnace & AC can be Heil or Rheem at the moment we can get either. Heil model would be G96VTN & AC would be NXA6. For Rheem it would be RA16 and for the furnace it would be R96VA. Both are variable speed and 16 seer
System not operating due to low voltage short, diagnosed shorted thermostat wire to outdoor unit. Ran new stat wire.
Replace ecm module, plug , motor and blade.
Diagnosed 2007 R22 Heat pump not running due to tripped breaker. Checked all components, compressor pulling 8.5amps. does not trip breaker , R22 heat pump operating with 69/150psi. 18° temp drop. Advised customer about age and condition of equipment.
Performed cooling check. Equipment is newer. Everything operating within manufacturer spec. Recommend surge protectors on equipment, air purifiers to help keep them healthy and dust down, and a fresh air ventilator to bring in fresh air. Left quote.
