Service Call Platinum Client: pressures were 50/220, the system was low on charge, performed courtesy leak inspection unable to find any visual signs of a leak, advised customer system does have a leak, quoted full leak search, advised with the age of the system and no warranty that replacement is a better option to replacing the either coil, added 3lbs of R410a, pressures 130/285, system operating normally but advised that I cannot guarantee how long system will hold a refrigerant charge.
Service Call Fee: drain clogged and found condensate line unglued, cleared drain with nitrogen and glued condensate line fitting, system draining normally, checked AC unit, checked capacitor within range, pressures 80/225 system operating normally, recommend furnace inspection this fall quoted maintenance agreement.
