Alex and Michael provided great service today. They quickly found the problem, repaired it and got our mini-splits running again.
My feedback is no reflection on Jordan at all, he was very professional and helpful. The issue wasn’t resolved because because you don’t have a hydro jet or camera. Could only go down 30 feet with snake which didn’t reach clog. No camera.. how does a plumbing company not have a pipe camera? Groggs (not Jordan) fell short of my expectations. I’m out $800 and problem not solved, not even a little.
Matt was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He was so kind and made me feel safe having a stranger in my home.
Great service/ no cost/ however, later than told the issue was corrected and the tech was very knowledgeable and polite.
I thought I needed a full toilet replacement, but Matt showed me how my problem wasn't with the whole toilet but just the "guts" inside. He was able to solve the problem for a fraction of the price and time. I appreciated the honesty, and I felt like he really wanted to help without overcharging me.

A/C died on a Saturday afternoon. Matt was out inspecting within an hour of my call. Unfortunately, it was bad news - catastrophic failure.
Thanks to Corey and Michael for the great service on my furnace. They explained everything that was done.
AC went out over weekend and Corey came out to fix it quickly. He was very knowledgeable and went over all my options. Thanks for getting the house cool again.
Service Fee-Platinum Customer found unit to be low on our 410 a unit is approximately 14 years of age furnace is 25+. Do you highly recommend replacing system due to efficiency versus cost?. then explain to customer that prices are inflating end of June. Customer said she will talk it over and possibly call in for a replacement. Add approximately 4 1/2 pounds of our 410a. Vapor saturation right at 38 system utilizes piston. Therefore superheat was targeted at 17. Given wet bulb and drive bulb temperature.
Service Fee-Platinum Customer 14 year old Lennox furnace found to have groove and set screw that came loose, causing blower wheel to shift and detonate in cabinet. Wheel and motor will have to be replaced and did quote approximately $1200 for both pieces due to motor being a Lennox. It is not under warranty did verbally “customer customer declined and wants quote.
Found our 22 system to be low on refrigerant coil saturation temperature approximately 26° and dropping. Unit is 30+ years old, furnace is same age. Did quote for evaporator coil and or refilling unit based on fact recharge. Customer decided to get quote on new system. Do recommend replacing system due to age/efficiency. Set up lead for replacement. .
Motor is failed.
Anniversary check on new system. Renewed customer on Cozy maintenance plan. Spoke to customer about air purification and humidity control(humidifier and dehumidifier) customer not interested at this time
Offered maintenance agreement but customer was not interested at this time

Service Fee-Platinum Customer Found unit to have bad capacitor replaced cap also noticed that homeowner had very old air scrubber did speak with customer about reme and customer did want new one installed due to benefits. Installed reme and signed customer up on cozy home plus.
Work performed under GHAC Quality Pledge: Found heil 2 stage unit to have not been wired correctly, y calls both landed on the y/y1 terminal. Manufacture requires them to be laneded on y/y2. Also set fan speeds . Also found gas pressures to not be set low @1.88 hi @4.10 set fan speeds. Also found unit to be severely overcharged with 40 degrees of subcooling ( due to fan speeds being set to 200cfm due to y/y1 terminals being used) corrected all issues sent information to mark and Russ .
Replace the old cast pipe from the kitchen down to the basement, replace a customer supplied toilet, replace the customer supplied vanity faucet, install a emergency shutoff valve with a pressure regulator at the main in the basement, replace the valves in the toilet in the hall bathroom, tighten the vanity faucet in the hall bathroom and fix the plumbing on the tub faucet with a new nickel finish spout in the hall bathroom

Remove the drywall in the bathroom on the first floor remove the cast iron pipe. Attach back to the cast iron vent stack pipe and run pvc pipe down to the basement. Attach the new pipe to the pvc on the side wall and cap the old pipe. Finish work not included.
Older furnace has failed heat exchanger. Measured 1200ppm+ in chamber 2. 400ppm in chamber 1. Shut down system. Scheduled estimate. Spoke to customer about reme halo, customer asked about pricing to install one in each system.
Upstairs thermostat is a heat pump thermostat and unit is AC only. Thermostat installed by ADT
Unit was empty upon arrival. Did a visual inspection for oil and loose fittings. Found 1 head leaking at the suction line and most outdoor flare nuts were loose and leaking. Replaced flares with pro-fit connectors. Pressured, and vacuumed. Found no leaks. Total lineset at about 125 feet which is factory spec. Added 10 pound 2 ounces of r410 which is factory charge. Tested operation. All heads (except the living room one waiting on a repair part) are tested and functioning properly.
