Found high voltage power wire to inducer motor to be laying against metal housing for the inducer assembly and has burned in two Causing back feeding and giving reverse polarity.. Found heat exchanger to be full of soot and is rusted out, for pressure switch to make has completely rusted off preventing system from proving draft.
New 30 gallon pressure tank, shut off valve, pressure gauge, pressure switch, check valve, relief valve and hose bib.
Cleaned and checked operation of furnace. Replaced failing capacitor on blower motor and wired surge protector the correct way. All other checks were good.
Service No Charge - Troubleshot Sewer Gas Smell, Seen a Crack in the Top of the Main Sewer Line at 25ish Feet, with the Drain Camera,that Could be Causing the Gases to Leach Out. Found a Partial Clog at 12ish Feet. Ran Snake to Break it Up. Ran Camera Again to be Sure Blockage was Cleared.

Service Call Fee Upon inspection found unit to be very old and dirty blower motor is caked with debris. Vents are full dust and debris. Customer has hardly any airflow. I suggest a new unit.
