I felt like the tech was more concerned setting up a new furnance estimate followup then actually finding the problem. First thing said was my furnance has seen better days mainly because it was old. Don't get me wrong, the young man was courteous and appeared to check it out.

Service Call After Hours Fee: no cooling. No codes or issues were found on indoor and outdoor boards. The only error codes thrown were server and router connection. Reset equipment and system reconnected to wifi and is running with no issue at this time.
Service Call Platinum Client Corrected wiring at the ac unit, replaced the fuse on the furnace board, and charged with 3 lbs of R410a. The customer would like his first furnace check done early this fall.
