Very professional. Pays attention to detail. Job well done
Tech kept us informed of his expected arrival time. Knowledgeable and respectful. Great employee.
He was here at the time they said he would be, completed the check and was on his way in a short time & we could go ahead with our day.
Prompt and courteous
Groggs is the Best company everyone is very nice and polite from the owner's all the way down to the ones that get dirty doing the hard work.I bought a heating and cooling unit they had to redo all my ductwork that had rusted holes in it they worked as a team and work went very quickly to get me service .I'm elderly and on a fixed income and they put all of it on a payment plan. And my service plan is on a payment plan also. It all worked great for me I wouldn't recommend any other company. I depend on Grogg's
DID A NICE JOB.
They were on time and very informative
Timely and professional
They techs where very nice and polite but after I asked many times if maybe my duct work had holes or unhooked I was told defiantly not that my system was old and needed replaced. After a short you tube video and tested stuff myself found my blower fan not working up to par 200$ and fixed the duct work that was loose my ac is back and works great they charged me 300$+ would not recommend groggs as they just want to sell you a new unit for 10k plus they told me the fan would be close to a 1000$ to replace fan alone
Shawn took his time, was very thorough in both the inspection and explaining everything,
After seeing a voltage fault code on our thermostat, I called Groggs and within 90 minutes, Robert a.k.a. Leroy Beck arrived. He listened, asked questions, checked our system inside and outside to make sure there was no problem. Leroy is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The fault was simply a result of a brief power outage! As soon as communication was restored within the system, the error code was reset. We are relieved and thrilled with the service we receive every time we call Groggs! Happy New Year, Leroy…you Rock!
Response from Grogg's Home Services:

Checked and cleaned heat pump. Installed in 2020. Running as it should. Everything is within spec. Customer is moving and does not wish to renew.
2006 rheem ac unit. Replaced failed contactor and weak capacitor (45+5). Scheduled duct cleaning and Reme halo for April 14th
Performed maintenance on AC. Changed AA213 filter and recommended surge protection as well. Found no issues with equipment at this time.
Replaced failed igniter on 1 yr old miller mobile home furnace.
Flame cuts out when blower kicks on. Roof jack was not installed properly back when furnace was installed in 2018. Old roof jack was not long enough and they attached it to an old piece of double wall vent pipe. Replaced roof jack with proper size and tested operation of furnace. Got customer set up on maintenance plan and new carbon monoxide detectors.
Performed maintenance on less than one year old equipment. Changed AA413 filter and discussed and quoted duct cleaning price. Also recommended surge protection for system. Found no issues with the equipment.
Maintenance on hvac system. Furnace is 20 yrs old and ac is 17 yrs old. Replaced weak capacitor(40+5 mfd) on ac unit. Air filter has not been changed since we were here last year for maintenance. Informed customer that system will break down if filter doesn’t get changed more often. Blower wheel has a build up of dirt on it. Quoted blower cleaning and air cleaner for the home. System is running safely for now but with the age of equipment it’s only a matter of time before parts start to fail.
Performed owed maintenance checks. Changed AA213 filter and recommended surge protection for furnace. All checks were good. Customer will stop in to pay bill.
Repaired electrical line going to steam humidifier. Also did anniversary check of upstairs system. Changed both filters.
Performed one year anniversary check on equipment. Verified working status of surge protection and cleaned filter. Found no issues with the system. Discussed whole home air purifier with customer.
Board is corroded and thermal sensors are bad. Most likely damage was caused by mice.
2008 rheem furnace had a gas valve that wasn’t opening up for ignition. Confirmed it was receiving voltage and was able to get the valve to open. Estimate repair cost is $800-900.Customer is getting an an estimate to replace unit today 3-5 pm.
1996 mobile home furnace. Initial diagnosis is a failed igniter. Customer did tell me that they have been pressing a reset button inside the furnace so I did a visual inspection of the heat exchanger. I found a couple of cracks in the heat exchanger. Had to condemn the furnace as it is not safe to use. Customer is trying to figure their finances out at the moment so they can see about getting a new furnace installed.
Furnace in the crawl space had water in the draft motor keeping the system from running. Remover motor to drain water, also removed drain trap and removed a bug from trap. Reassembled everything and unit is working again. I had noticed a burning smell while in the crawl space and started seeing smoke coming from the steam humidifier and power cord connected to it. I unplugged the unit and took some pictures. I think there was some sort of recall with a part on the humidifier. I will check with my service manager on this situation.
