He communicated with me by text messaging in a very timely manner..especially under the circumstances we live in today. And then the experience got even better!! Epson Espinosa and Caleb Ross arrived to install the equipment. While I was not present during the entire time these two professionals were at our house, it was obvious they had done an excellent job. My observation was they were a TEAM!! Both of these men were excellent at communicating with the customer. Personable, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. My entire work life has been managing and delivering High Quality Customer Service in the Information Technology Industry. Don, Epson, and Caleb are three people I would want on my team. Had a new heat pump system installed by Grogg's late summer, and it didn't operate properly when cold weather came. John found a refrigerant leak and was able to fix that. He also rewired the thermostat so now the heat pump and the auxiliary heat both seem to work now. I can't comment on price, but I'm hoping there won't be a charge for this service because this is a new system.
We have had one inspection and three service calls and the A.C. Is still not working! This is unacceptable since this unit has only been used six months. This unit is used for cooling only! We purchased this new system a year ago to avoid the exact situation we find ourselves in. 90 degree weather and no Air Conditioning!
On Monday I came home to a warm house, after working outside in nearly 90 degree temperatures. During my checking my AC unit out I felt I would rather have a professional check my system out to conform what I found. Doing some old school investigating through a phone book I have Grogg's home services a call. Gregory came out on Wednesday confirming what I had found that my AC unit was shot. The following day Donald came out and we discussed what I wanted and what would work with my heating system. He scheduled everything on the spot. Friday morning Brian and helper arrived. Installing my new unit. Explaining everything there was to know about my new unit. The new unit immediately started cooling the house down. I hope this unit provides me with many years of service. Our one season old AC still does not, in our opinion, operate efficiently. The volume of air supplied from the unit we feel is unsatisfactory. Our technician was great however and ensured us that our issues would be addressed.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System pressures were 120/233 sc 7.1 sh 11 coil temp 37.8 temp drop was 19 degrees capacitor tested 41/4.67 compressor amp draw 5.56 fan 0.63 amps did not find any issues with outdoor unit.. indoor unit ac only no heat strips ecm pulling 1.55 amps did clear drain and add vinegar did not find any issues
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating & Cooling System Performed maintenance check visit on 1988 Lennox furnace/ 2010 Philico a/c split system using 20x25x1 filter and R-410a refrigerant. Furnace is currently operating as best it can given the age, however there is heavy signs of wear on the unit. Heat exchange tubes show fair amount of rusting and additional oxygen in flame, but is currently passing combustion analysis. Spoke with homeowner on number of/placement and importance of CO detection, will quote a Defender CO monitor if they are interested in lower level detection. Outdoor unit capacitor is rated for 45/7.5mfd, all checks good at this time. Customer apparently uses an appliance warranty company and had asked, so I sent the customer 2 short videos to show condition of combustion and rusting inside furnace.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System capacitor tested right at failure 38.8/5 did replace the capacitor standing pressures were165 @ 56 ambient washed coils with non-bright solution (non-corrosive) cleaned out electrical components contactor looked In good order no signs of pitting or carbon tracking did not find any issues with the system filter was changed in the fall verified surge protection to be in the standing order.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System did find failed blower capacitor in airhandler tested 11mfd of 12.5 did replace pressures in heating were 65/287 delta rise was at 40 degree rise did have 6 degree drop from water exchanger inside unit (water in water out ) Geo capacitor did test @ 35mfd did not find any issues with system.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System checked pressures on trane system (we did not install ) pressures were 160 standing and 60/ 178 running @ 48 degrees ambient. found unit with breaker to be off possibly done while we were doing maintenance in winter. reset breaker and ran unit no issues could not diagnos refrigerate due to ambient temp however subcooling was 7 do not believe their to be issue. capacitor tested @ 44/4.3 under load cap tested within range.
