Plumbing Repair Service: Upon arrival at a client's residence with reported slow drains, I utilized a powerful drain auger to clear a stubborn clog deep within the plumbing system. Following the successful removal of the blockage, I conducted a camera inspection to ensure the entire drain was free from obstructions, guaranteeing optimal water flow and preventing future clogs.
Customer called because of a sewage odor when they run furnace and air conditioner. Return duct was very filthy and needs to be cleaned. Flex duct for most run but trunk line is where build up is mostly(attached photos). Also recommend REME Halo air purifier to get rid of any odors that could be present. All checks with the system were good. Signed customer up for maintenance agreement. Filter size is EAC washable but replaced with a 16-25-5 filter while I was there.
Found a bad contactor, replaced the contactor and added a surge protector to help prevent future electrical issues.
Customer said furnace blower was not working. Found ecm motor bad and control board making a whining noise. Furnace is around 15 years old at best guess. Called around and could not find parts. Internet says they are discontinued. Furnace also appears oversized for the house. Customer is scheduled for a comfort advisor. Customer also asked about duct cleaning due to smells from the duct work. Recommend the best duct cleaning for deodorizing spray.
Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed AA313 filter and verified working status of plasma air air purifier and surge protection for both heat pump and mini split systems. Found no issues with the equipment at this time.
Maintenance on hvac system. Installed new eco bee 3 thermostat. I did not have filter size needed on van but current filter in system still has time left before changing.
Added reme led and aa413 filter. Confirmed operation. Cleaned blower and secondary heat exchanger.
Replace the water line going from the meter to the house
Issue that customer had did not occur while we were here but to here from them what was going on sounds like a temperature limit fault. House is still under going construction. I lowered gas pressure down a tad to 3.2 in wg. Informed customer to keep up with filter changes to ensure good airflow. Also showed customer how to read fault code for furnace if issue arises again. Found a bat in furnace and a squirrel in another. Set customer up on maintenance plan.
Performed heating check on equipment. Gathered equipment information and found no issues with the system. Recommended surge protection for furnace and signed customer up for maintenance plan. Pease mail customer receipt.
Anniversary check on new hvac system. Wiped furnace down. Verified surge protection and Reme led are still in good operation. Customer already changed air filter.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System 2014 American Standard split system w/ AA313 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time.
