John went above and beyond. The work was done right and I don't foresee any issues in the future. Additionally, he inspected previous Grogg's work and plans to bring it up to his standards.

I had Grogg's install a new furnace and air conditioner last year....while the quote and end price may have been a little higher than the competition, there is no doubt Grogg's did a way better job than any of the comp would have with 0 complaining. When the hot water tank went out, I knew exactly who to call. The end product always looks and works great.

Heating Repair Service: A call from a commercial facility summoned me to address a heating issue causing discomfort. Following a comprehensive inspection, I identified the root cause: a faulty heating element. I then proceeded to replace the malfunctioning heating element with a new, fully operational one. Additionally, I fine-tuned the system's heating controls to ensure accurate and consistent temperature regulation throughout the building, effectively resolving the heating-related concerns. After ensuring the system's excellent condition, I presented the client with information on our maintenance plans, designed to uphold its outstanding performance.
Customer has a double wide so it has to a gas water heater for doublewides. He is gonna see if he can fix it himself.
Ac not running because it was not getting 24v signal from furnace. Found that common wire had come loose from board when air cleaner was installed. Addressed wiring issue and ac is cooling again.
Advised customer of condition of inside of chimney. Metal is rotted out. Flue gases will condense inside chimney and cause damage to inside of chimney posing CO risk.
Estimate to replace main sewer line in crawl space. Estimated time to complete the job will be two days.
Service No Charge Upon inspection found unit to have a burnt and cracked heat exchanger. Releasing excessive amounts of co into the home. Unit needs replaced as soon as possible.
Service Call Fee: Re-diagnosed previous issues. Ordered outdoor control board, indoor control board, and indoor blower motor. Parts will be in within the next week. Educated customer on what repairs will cost with membership included. He will be financing all repairs including membership with the installation of the parts.
