Springtime Air Conditioning Tune-Up: During a thorough spring tune-up, I inspected the refrigerant line for leaks, cleaned the evaporator coil, straightened coil fins, cleared condensate drains, and tightened electrical connections. This meticulous approach ensures peak AC performance.
Heat Pump Repair Service: Upon addressing a customer's concern about defrosting issues affecting their heat pump and causing decreased heating efficiency, our dedicated technicians engaged in a meticulous diagnostic process. The root cause was identified as a malfunctioning defrost sensor, disrupting the pump's performance. Implementing a comprehensive solution, we expertly replaced the faulty sensor and fine-tuned the heat pump for optimal operation. This precise repair not only restored the system's efficiency but also ensured the client's experience of comfortable heating. In addition to resolving the immediate issue, we provided valuable advice on the importance of regular heat pump maintenance, aiming to prevent future occurrences and maintain the system's long-term reliability.
Water Heater Repair: In response to a homeowner's concern about inconsistent water temperatures, our skilled technicians quickly addressed the issue. After a thorough examination, we identified a malfunctioning thermostat as the culprit. We promptly replaced the faulty thermostat, ensuring the water heater now delivers a consistent and reliable supply of hot water.
Performed standard hvac tune-up under current agreement. Found cracked heat exchanger on gas package unit. Scheduled a visit for quote on new system between 1-3 today. Renewed cozy plus hvac agreement. Also applied $50 off coupon from brochure.
Dead capacitor and burnt contactor not allowing ac to come one. After replacing both, ac is running smooth with good pressures and cooling.
York split system using AA413 filter and AA700 humidifier. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time, customer is a monthly member and doesn’t need to renew.
Lennox split system using 14x25x1 filter. All checks good at this time and system is operating properly. Customer is a monthly member and does not need to renew.
Ac not receiving 24 v signal to run. Stat wire going to ac was chewed through by a mouse under the porch. Ran new stat wire through crawlspace, under porch and out to unit and it is now running.
Performed maintenance on equipment. Recommend surge protection for system. Cleaned coil, flame sensor, burners and drain line. Changed customer provided filter. Found no issues with system at this time, all checks were good.
Performed anniversary check on equipment. REME Halo was not wired up correctly during install, rewired and verified that it’s working. Verified working status of surge protection as well. Changed AA413 filter and discussed comfort club with customer and benefits of having equipment checked and cleaned yearly.
Performed cooling check on all systems. Found no issues. All systems are operating as they should. Hosed off all outside units. Cleaned and changed filters. Confirmed operation of all systems.
Yearly heating and cooling checks on 12 year old systems. Found no issues.
Performed maintenance on AC. Changed AA201 filter and system is 22 years old but running properly at this time. Discussed maintenance plan renewal with customer and they will call in at later time to renew.
