We are pleased to know your experience with us was a good one!
WAS HAVING FURNACE PROBLEMS...WAS SHUTTING OFF ALL THE TIME. CALLED AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY. THEY CAME OUT IN THE TIME FRAME AS EXPECTED. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND WAS DONE IN NO TIME. GREAT WORK GROGGS!!!!!!
We were well satisfied with the service we received as well as the pricing.
Chris was the most pleasant person. Efficient. Made things easy to understand. Even took time to explain the humidifier’s working, which wasn’t what he came for. Above and beyond! Many thanks
Technician explained everything he was doing plus the results of test
We are always very pleased with Frank's service to our geothermal heating system. He is very knowledgeable about the system and our particular furnace set-up.
Both systems running well. Good heat and good cooling. All electrical checks are good. Was unable to wash the ac coil outside because water is shut off in house. Overall, no issues found with system.
AC maintenance visit. Performed full air conditioning maintenance checklist on equipment. Changed AA213 filter. Found no issues with the system at this time. Recommended surge protection for system.

Customer said mini split unit would only work for a little bit after resetting the power and was increasing the electric bill. System is 1 outdoor unit and 5 indoor heads. Found that the system is low on refrigerant and probably has a leak somewhere. Had 1 pound of 410a and should have 10 pounds. Ustomer decided not to do anything today. Left a quote for refrigerant, leak search for problem system, and cozy hvac plus for 2 mini split systems.
Customer said ac was not cooling. Found ac low on refrigerant. Possible leak. Will return later in the week to perform a leak search.
Inducer motor was stuck. Capacitor tested good. Cleaned some rust and dirt out of inducer. Tested operation. Turned inducer on and off 4 times. Watched for 1 heating cycle. Running normally.
Air conditioning maintenance visit. Performed full AC maintenance checklist on equipment. Filter size is 18-20-1 and customer will change. Customer is going to also clean outdoor coil when it warms up more.
Cleaned and checked operation of equipment. Changed AA213 and #35 filters. Recommend surge protection for equipment. Found no issues with the system at this time.

27 yr old Trane furnace. Unit is in very poor condition. Bottom of furnace is rusting out, blower wheel is dirty, return duct has a pile of trash dirt and hair in it. Issue that was keeping furnace from running at times was a dirty flame sensor. Cleaned sensor, reduced high gas pressure, and cleared drain line as part of maintenance check. Customer does not have carbon monoxide detector at the moment but they are getting one. Customer has requested an estimate to replace the furnace. Appointment scheduled today 9-11 am. Daughter is dropping off check to the office for visit today.
