Checked system for proper operation. Furnace is 14 yrs old and running fine for now and passed combustion analysis for safety. Unit is dirty and is getting towards the end of its life. Ac unit is older but don’t have an age on it, data label has faded away. Added one pound of r22 to the system. Ac is in rough shape but is still working for now. Both units should be replaced soon. Customer is selling the home and just wanted to make sure system was working.
