I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier air conditioner. Found failed capacitor, outdoor fan motor and compressor very rusted and hot. Gave customer options, new full system going in the following day.
I completed a call back service on a Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. I found that the thermostat wiring needed fixed. Now system is operational upon departure.
I installed a Carrier electric furnace and heat pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a York Air Conditioner. I determined that the system was low on charge and schraeder was leaking. I replaced Schraeder and charged unit. System was operational at time of departure.
Return Service for a Carrier air conditioner. I repaired a damaged liquid line and added a filter to the system. At the time of departure system was operational.
Return service for a Five Star Air conditioner. I found that the breaker was off, turned on, checked pressures. Cycled System several times Systems running fine at the time of departure.
Upon inspection, I found a major leak in the A/C system. I informed the customer and went over their options with them. Customer will contact us when he is ready to move forward.
I returned to add a coil adapter to system. Everything is heating as it should.
I returned to perform diagnostic on a bryant gas system and found inducer motor going bad. I suggested replacing inducer and pressure switch.
I provided an estimate for a new OEM Evaporator Coil
