Technician went above and beyond what other technicianS have explaining what filter to use and why. He even replaced a hose for me since it was needed to clean the a/c and my old one was broke. I had bought a new one few days prior and hadn’t had a chance to put it on the reel yet.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement heating tune up on a Carrier gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.
Diagnostic call on a Trane air conditioner. I found system empty and pulling suction. Gave customer options. Installing new AC tomorrow afternoon.
Upon arrival to compete a diagnostic call on a Goodman air conditioner, I found filter clean, but found the issue to be a failed capacitor. I replaced the capacitor and cleaned the outdoor coil. Unit now cooling properly.

I completed a diagnostic call on a Trane air conditioner. Per customer outdoor unit sounds like an airplane. Filter clean, found blower door not securely latched within rails, re-seated. Found condensor fan motor mount ripped partially out of frame, rattling. Gave customer options. New AC going in Thursday morning
Diagnostic call on a ICP air conditioner. I recommend that due to the age, condition, and cost of repairs (seen and unseen) that the unit be replaced. Customer opted to replace and install going in the following Monday.
Service call on a Five Star furnace. Found P trap starting to clog with goo, and I flushed the trap. Tested floor drain with almost a gallon of water, doesn’t back up. Cycled system for 20+ minutes, some dampness coming from an unglued joint, glued to stop dampness.
I went to the customer's home to service a Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I found unit empty and found the line set leaking. I ran out of nitrogen before the leak could be found, so this needs installed, replace the line set and re-charge, or fine and repair the leak.
I completed a diagnostic call on a Trane air conditioner. Found the capacitor for the blower had failed. Replaced capacitor and cycled system. Outdoor unit very dirty and I cleaned it. Found unit low on charge, system has a leak. Gave customer options, opted to add R-22 and sealant. Now cooling at this time.
Scheduled maintenance cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner completed. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
Diagnostic call on a Bryant Air conditioner. Found filter dirty, replaced with customer’s own. System is off and I cycled cooling. I noticed the saturation temperature of the suction line is freezing. System will ice up and lose cooling. System has a leak. Gave customer options.
I completed a diagnostic call on a Trane air conditioner. I found that the blower wheel failed and the blower motor has damage. Need to de-install and re-install hot water tank for repair. Based on system age and condition, as well as being very oversized, recommend replacement with proper equipment. Customer opted to replace and full system is going in tomorrow.
Completed a diagnostic call on a Bryant air conditioner. Unit is 24 years old and is rusted out. Gave customer options, opted to fill. Cooling at this time.

I completed a diagnostic on a Trance Air Conditioner. I determined that a bug was stuck behind the contactor. I was able to remove the bug and the system was operating as intended at time of departure.
