I am very satisfied with the job completed by Cool Heat USA. They were able to do the initial service call the same day that I called them, and then they were able to replace my furnace the very next day. I was so grateful, given that we were expecting very hot/humid weather and I had no AC! Bobby was very professional and helpful. I felt like he was giving me the facts, costs and options vs "selling" me on services or products. He was a pleasure to deal with.
